Gold Wedding Coordinator Package
Perfect if you're a bride who has completed all of your wedding planning and now needs a liaison to orchestrate your wedding day. Our Gold wedding coordinator package allows you the time to enjoy your guests without worries. A partial list of our Gold package covers:
Pre Wedding
⦁ Initial Consultation
⦁ Final Venue Walk-through
⦁ Contract and timeline revue
Rehearsal
⦁ Coordination of rehearsal
⦁ Line up the procession
⦁ Rehearse
Day of Ceremony
⦁ Continuous contact with the bride and groom
(Candles lit, flowers in correct places, all important guests have special places to be seated, flowers on all important guests)
⦁ Arrive at ceremony site to oversee all aspects of the wedding
⦁ Supervision of all vendors
⦁ Cueing bridal party/music when it's time to start
⦁ Troubleshoot for any problem that may arise
⦁ Line up bridal party to be announced at reception
⦁ Coordinate and maintain timeline for all events during your reception
⦁ Cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, first dance, dinner service
⦁ Be available for you every moment
⦁ Guide you through your day
⦁ Keep track of Guest book
⦁ Last minute emergency kit
Rate: $2,900
Hourly Rates:
Wedding coordinator $75/hr
~Over 10 continuous hours a day $150/hour
~After hours(8pm Friday and Saturday) $100/hr
Event Assistants $30/hr (required for all events greater than 50 people.)
~Over 10 hours a day $60/hour
~After hours(8pm Friday and Saturday) $50/hr
