I don't know what I need to order, can you help?
-Yes, we can schedule a order design consultation. This online or phone meeting will help you choose which rental options you would like to include based on your attendance, budget and other factors. This $150 service includes up to 45 minutes consultation, a layout and mock-up if appropriate.
How far in advance do I need to order?
May-August are our busiest months. We typically begin booking those months seven to ten months in advance. If you are looking for a rental within that time frame, please consider contacting us or placing your order prior to Engagement season (Thanksgiving -New Years, AND Valentine's Day).
Is there an Order Minimum?
-Yes there is a $100 order minimum. Our staff will review your order, if you don't meet the minimums, our staff will amend your order and send a new proposal within 72 hours of your online order. You then will have 24 hours to cancel the changes. Failing to respond within that timeframe will indicate an approval of the changes.
Can I have the tents set up in my friends backyard?
-Yes, however, we strongly suggest including a site visit to determine if the space, slope or location will have added challenges for set up that will need to be included in your rental.
Do I need a site visit?
-No, however, if you opt against a site visit when we arrive for set up, if there isn't enough space, the slope is too steep the trailer can not get close to the set up location, there are stairs, etc, our Set-Up Lead will discuss your options. If the crew can accommodate but there will be overages they will let you know. Expect a minimum or $200 extra. If they can not safely accommodate your request, out Lead will discuss alternate sites or cancel your rental completely and your payments will be forfeit.
I am not seeing that I can request the full quantity of items I see as available. What am I doing wrong?
-Several of our items have multiple styles, colors or accessories associated with them. Please check the drop down under the item title and verify you are selecting the correct item you wish to add to your order.
You don't have the quantity of an item I want. What should I do?
-Please make your order for the quantity we have. Indicate on your form the quantity for specific items your are requesting. Our staff will review your online order. If they determine that we can obtain your requested quantities they will update your order. If they determine that we can not accommodate your request our staff will make note on your order. Our staff will send a new proposal within 72 hours of your online order. You then will have 24 hours to cancel your reservation. Failing to respond within that timeframe will indicate an approval of the changes.
It's going to rain next week for my wedding, but I can't order a tent online. Can you help?
-Possibly. Please call our office at (907) 465-7022 and explain the situation to our staff. There will be short notice charges if we can accommodate your request. But, we will to find crew in order to fully confirm your order. It may be a day or two before we can confirm your reservation. For Orders within the short notice window (3 weeks prior to the event),
please submit the Short Notice Wishlist Form.
I need 10 chairs and a pop up for a backyard party soon. But, I can't order online. Can you help?
Possibly, we may not be able to offer delivery service and self-pick up service may be limited. You also will need to expect a short notice fee of at least $100-250. Please call our office at (907) 465-7022 to make your reservation. To avoid any short notice fees, please contact us or place your reservations online at least 3 weeks in advance.
What if I am late for my Self-Pick up?
-Our staff will arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up appointment and will depart 10 minutes after. If you fail to arrive during that window. Your reservation may be forfeit. If our staff can accommodate an additional call-out time, you will be charged at least $50, which must be paid prior to picking up any rentals.
What if I want to have delivery or pick up service at a specific time?
-If you are interested in a scheduled delivery or pick-up, please add that item and make notes on your order of when you would like you delivery. Our staff will review your order and make any necessary adjustments and send a new proposal within 72 hours of your online order. You then will have 24 hours to cancel the changes. Failing to respond within that timeframe will indicate an approval of the changes. However, there are some times when our staff will need to call you to discuss the particulars of your request.
Can you do delivery and setup and tear down at Glacier Gardens?
-Yes. This is a challenging location for several reason. We require that we arrive and unload prior to catering or other vendors. Also due to the extremely short set up and tear down windows please expect to at least double any staffing charges. Especially if you are wanting anything hung with a ladder, which must be approved by the venue prior to our arrival. Glacier Garden will also require off-hours, overtime pickup/clean up, and same day service. Please ensure that you include Glacier Gardens on your online order form. Glacier Garden requests can be pretty technical, please expect an Amended Proposal.
What if I don't include delivery or pick-up?
-Our staff will review your order and amend your order and send a new proposal within 72 hours of your online order. You then will have 24 hours to cancel the changes. Failing to respond within that timeframe will indicate an approval of the changes.
I included delivery on my order, but I still received an Amended Proposal with a Oversized Delivery charge. Why?
-The items or quantity that you ordered will not fit in our standard delivery vehicle and our staff needed to amend your order. You have 24 hours to cancel the changes. Failing to respond within that timeframe will indicate an approval of the changes.
