For brides who want to do and plan everything themselves, but want to pass off day of responsibilities to a professional.  We can handle vendor management, including set up, clean up, event management.

Planning Packages

Perfect for the busy bride. These packages work well for the bride who needs help communicating with vendors, designing layouts and décor. Planning package include coordination services. You can be as involved as you choose.  Just let us know you budget and we will work within it.

A La Carte Services

For brides or grooms who want to do and plan everything themselves, but need a professional for consultation through the planning process. These packages is also for the more budget conscious wedding in need of guidance.

​"Short-Notice" Weddings:  If your wedding is officially contracted 90 days or less prior to its occurrence, the following premiums will be added to the base cost of your Agreement:
Full Planning Packages: $250 additionally
Day of Services: $100 additionally

Holiday Weddings
A premium of $500 is assessed for all weddings and events that occur during the following observed holidays and their corresponding weekends.

(These dates include: Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth and Third of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day)

This premium will be added to the final cost of your wedding planning service contract.

We do not offer planning and coordination services for weddings that occur during the traditional holiday season to include Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day.


Travel, lodging, ground transport & per diem expenses:
Are the responsibility of the Client - this includes the Consultant and up to 10 assistants (based on event requirements)
