An initial consultation is our opportunity to get to know each other. We chat about what wedding planning that you have done so far, your engagement and your life in general. We talk about our past weddings, our strengths and services and give some general solutions to some of the hurdles you have encountered so far. Contact us today to begin the planning process today!
Each consultation is up to 90 minutes long and $125. Upon conclusion of your Consultation, you will be provided with a customized quote for services as well as the opportunity to move forward with securing Sunny Days Events as your wedding planner.

A La Carte Day Of-services:
$400 Base rate + 5 hours of mandatory appointments (including initial consult, final venue walkthrough, rehearsal, contract review/vendor confirmation, ceremony)
— additional time starting at $75/hour
A custom timeline coupled with our signature checklists and forms starting at $200
A custom computerized floorplan based on your provided room dimensions and furnishing requested starting at $200
The Consultation Package
For brides who want to do and plan everything themselves, but need a professional for consultation through the planning process. This package is also for the more budget conscious wedding in need of guidance. A partial list of our Consultation Coordinator package includes:

Unlimited email, phone, video conferencing until the wedding day.

~After hours(8pm Friday and Saturday) $100/hr
Event Assistants $30/hr (required for all events greater than 50 people.)
